So how do you check if there is a market for your niche? Simple. Just go on Google Trends, enter your keyword there, and check the interest over time graph.
It’s important for you to choose a niche with a steady interest, so that you don’t end up losing your audience over time.

After Do, the next step should be checking how competitive the niche is. Why? Simple. Even if you choose a niche, you’re not really doing your blog’s chances any favours if the niche you chose is not competitive at all, or too competitive.
So how do you do this? Simple. Just perform a google search, and take a look at the results page. You don’t want to compete with too many established companies, so try finding or refining your niche into being something that is only yours. Pick a smaller niche, but make sure you will still have your audience.

And finally, you need to make sure that your niche is profitable. After all, even if the audience is there, there’s relatively little competition, and your blog is doing well, it doesn’t really mean that much if your blog is not making you any money, is it?
An easy way to check the profitability is to perform another google search of your niche. If you see ads on your niche, then your topic is good to go.
